Circle privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026.

Circle ("we") is an app for finding activities near you and meeting the people who join them. It is run by Saikiran Sangarthi. Questions: mycircleappltd@gmail.com.

What the app records as you use it

How we use it

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees what

Where it's kept and for how long

Your data is stored on servers we control and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We keep it while your account is open. When you delete your account, we erase your profile and personal details straight away, as described on how to delete your account. Records other people rely on (reports and safety records, ratings, shared cost records) are kept without your name, and a reported message is kept as evidence until the report is resolved. Backups age out within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

Children

Circle is only for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete an account if we learn it belongs to someone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
